Evyatar Kipnis, 65 years old from Kibbutz Be’eri. Evyatar has a chronic neurological disease and requires regular medical treatment, including medications and painkillers, as well as good sanitary conditions, otherwise he will not survive.

In the past he was a community manager in Be’eri and Kfar Gaza and dealt with sustainability issues, was active and well-known until the outbreak of the disease.

His health condition is critical and very worrisome.
